George DeMarsico
Chef George DeMarsico brings a wealth of experience to ReLish's tradition of seasonal menu changes reflecting the market. In keeping with our philosophies of food his creations feature regional produce and products, free range meats and the freshest of seafood.

George is himself a local product. Born, raised and schooled in the Rockland and North Bergen areas, he was informed by his father's work as a butcher and mentored by his mother in the kitchen. George combines the understanding of a craftsman with the passion, inspiration and spontaneity of a mother with six children.

His background includes working as Executive Chef at the Farm Neck Golf Club in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, Executive Chef/Owner of the Clarksville Inn in West Nyack and Sous Chef at Harvest Bistro in Closter, N.J. George's strong work ethic and warmth is appreciated by our staff and his culinary knowledge continues to arouse passion in our customers.
