We’ve got the greenmarkets at our fingertips, and we’ve also been delighted to find top-notch local purveyors, and vineyards. A rare synthesis exists at Relish, one of staying on top of the culinary trends of the city, while tapping in to Rockland County’s rich resources. We stay in tune with whatever the week brings. George constantly creates new ways to preserve the gifts of the harvest.
